We created an intricate and personalized mailer designed for CEOs interested in purchasing the Domino Sugar Factory.
Two Trees Real Estate asked us to design
a mailer for their Domino Sugar Factory property, which was sent
to CEOs who
might be interested in moving their company to the Brooklyn waterfront. Knowing these CEOs get inundated with literature they likely throw away without even looking, we created something to capture their attention.
We laser cut each recipient's face into a bronze slip cover that housed the book. We designed and photographed custom photo-illustrations using sugar & sugar cubes to help illustrate various stats about the building and neighborhood.
